Went to the VA today they Up-ed my meds and gave me something for my anger/rage moments/ptsd episodes.. We hope to stabilize by my birthday. I was able to make some jokes about it all in the pharmacy with other vets which is nice. And starting this upcoming vets I will start going to a group.
My back is spasming on me again. (But when of course has it stopped lately).. I need to figure something out with it, I think thats one reason Im so depressed... I went from going on a 1hr walk/jog/bike everyday with the dogs to having no alone time.
I think I will be renaming my blog... or the bio part of it.
